You agree to be contacted via email, phone, fax, or other means by RealtyOutlook regarding RealtyOutlook or Ideal Location, Inc services, and by those real estate service professionals referred by Ideal Location, Inc.; 5 By agreeing to be contacted by RealtyOutlook or an Ideal Location, Inc real estate services provider referral, you also agree that, when contacted, you will not to use such contact to sell, solicit, spam, or otherwise offer goods or services to RealtyOutlook or the real estate service provider; 6. You acknowledge that RealtyOutlook recommends your independent use of all appropriate government, public, consumer and other applicable agencies or sources to verify any referred real estate professional’s license status and background. You further acknowledge that RealtyOutlook makes no representations or warranties about any real estate professional that may participate in the RealtyOutlook network.

User Information
You shall remain solely liable for your conduct or any information that you upload, transmit to this Site, or download from this Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealtyOutlook and Ideal Location, Inc. from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your conduct, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of a third party. You agree that all of the information you provide to RealtyOutlook, whether online or otherwise, is accurate and complete. Without limiting our rights pursuant to any other provisions in these Terms of Use, RealtyOutlook may immediately terminate your access to and use of this Site, without penalty and without notice to you, if you we have reason to believe that you provide false or misleading information or submit information under false pretenses to this Site. If forwarding of your information is required by the terms of the RealtyOutlook requested by User, you authorize RealtyOutlook to forward such information to its network of real estate professionals according to the terms of the RealtyOutlook service that you use.

Termination and Agreement Components
You agree that RealtyOutlook.com Inc. may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Real Estate Listings URL Submissions, Banner Placements, Advertisements, Promotions, or other forms of submission to ERealtyOutlook.com - Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your RealtyOutlook.com account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited to Real Estate Listings, URL Submissions, Banner Placement, Advertisements, Promotions, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in RealtyOutlook.com's sole discretion and that RealtyOutlook shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.

Linking
You agree that RealtyOutlook offers participation in a network of real estate professionals who are not employed by RealtyOutlook. This Site may also contain links to Web sites maintained by third parties. RealtyOutlook' link to any third party Web site does not imply any endorsement of that site, its contents, the services provided, or its sponsoring organization.
