He presently owns and operates Real Estate Press, LLC and Housing Alerts the world's premier online real estate market analysis system. Ken is a specialist in the technical analysis of real estate cycles. He resides with his wife, Dale, and son on their horse farm in Ocala, Florida.
Robert Stec: Robert holds a B.A in Economics and Business Administration, certifications in Commercial Real Estate and is a member of many national and international real estate organizations.
Robert is a licensed Real Estate Broker and founder of the Chicago based boutique real estate consulting firm Ideal Location, Inc. He presently operates and participates in many investment property oriented authority real estate sites including BuyersUtopia.com and TheLucrativeInvestor.com He resides between residence in Chicago and the mountains of Arizona.
