Property Taxes:

Monegasque legislation does not provide for any tax on legaci4es or donations in the direct line or between husband and wife. Taxes levied in other cases are also particularly light:

Beteween brothers and sisters 8%
Between uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces10%
Between collateral relatives other than Brothers sisters, uncles, aunts, nephews or nieces. 13%
Between people who are not related16%
In accordance with Monegasque internal law , duties on transfers only affect property situated in the Principality or having its base in the Principality , at the date of death or donation , whatever the domicile , residence or nationality of the deceased or donor
