Istanbul Chamber of Real Estate Commission Agents was established by Mr. Sabri ATES in 1999. Being the first organization established in this field in Turkey, our Chamber has 8670 members and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of 9 members and presided by the President Sabri ATES. Our chamber is open to public and organizes the real estate markets, enforces all the rules and manages and carries out all the relevant activities throughout Turkey. The Chamber provides consultancy and expertise services to private and public establishments in their real estate matters. It has been the pioneer in the service of banks’ providing housing loans in Turkey. Our Chamber has credibility with all the big banks in Turkey. It has an influential and respected position in economics circles. Furthermore, our organization has a strong appearance in the Turkish media. Our Board of Directors has attached great importance to training and organized real estate agent courses since 2000. The members are subjected to compulsory training at these courses and granted certificates after successful completion. The success rate of the courses is 75%. Turkey has received many foreign investors with open arms and many international giant companies continue their activities on large platforms in our country. Many untouched lands that have high potentials and are convenient for investment still await buyers. Turkey is a modern and democratic country that expects to be admitted into the European Union and has met the required conditions for the purpose, and it currently acts as a European country. Turkey is the rising star of the International Real Estate business and is to become one of the fastest growing Real Estate markets in Europe.
